The E-Z 96® Swift Plasmid Kit is designed for easy, cost-effective, high throughput purification of high-copy-plasmid DNA. This product uses an innovative buffer system that features a simple, one plate procedure that completely eliminates the lysate clearing step for plasmid isolation. The protocol uses a unique lysis and neutralization procedure that generates cleared neutralized lysate without the need for a further clearing step. After adjusting the binding condition, the cell lysates are directly transferred into the E-Z 96® Swift DNA Plate to bind the plasmid DNA. After one quick wash step, the plasmid DNA is eluted with a low salt elution buffer or water. Purified plasmids are suitable for most downstream applications such as automated sequencing and enzyme digestions.
