For purification of genomic DNA from Formalin-fixed Paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections
E.Z.N.A. FFPE DNA Isolation Kit is designed for purification of DNA from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. It uses a specialized lysis buffer to effectively remove the paraffin and release DNA from the sample. DNA is then bound to the silica-based HiBind DNA spin column. After a few quick wash steps, the purfied DNA is then eluted in a low salt buffer or water.
