The SQ DNA/RNA/Protein isolation uses a novel technology to isolation RNA, DNA and Proteins from animal tissue, cultured cells, bacterial and yeast. The procedure completely avoids the hazardous chemicals such as phenol, chloroform or chaotropic salts. The streamlined protocol significantly reduced the total process time for isolating DNA, RNA and proteins in less than 60 minutes. The SQ DNA/RNA/Protein isolation kit also offers great flexibility on the amount of starting material, the protocol can be easily scale up or down. Purified protein can be directly used for SDS-PAGE or Western Blot. Purified DNA, RNA and Proteins can be directly used for most downstream applications include RT-PCR, Northern Blot, and PCR.
