E.Z.N.A.® Mag-Bind® mRNA Kit offers a fast and efficient method to directly purity mRNA from samples. Cell or tissue
samples are first lysed and homogenized with RNA-Solv? Reagent. After a phenol/chloroform extraction, total RNA is
precipitated with isopropanol. Redissolved total RNA is mixed with Oligo (dT) magnetic particles which will capture the
mRNA. After two simple wash steps, mRNA is eluted from the magnetic beads or the beads with mRNA can be directly
used for RT-PCR. |
