E.Z.N.A.® Endo-Free Plasmid Giga Kit
Innovative method for isolating up to 10.0 mg endotoxin-free plasmid DNA.
The E.Z.N.A.® Endo-Free Plasmid Mega/Giga Kits provide an fast and efficient method for the large-scale isolation of endotoxin free plasmid DNA. Following lysis, endotoxins are removed from the cleared lysate with the addition of ETR Solution. With a few easy wash steps, the endo-toxin-free plasmid is eluted in endotoxin free elution buffer. Up to 10 mg of high quality plasmid DNA can be purified from 1000-2500 ml of overnight culture. Purified DNA samples are ready to be used in downstream applications such as, automated fluorescent DNA sequencing, restriction enzyme digestion, transfection of mammalian cells, cloning, and PCR amplification.
