Innovative method for isolating up to 2.5 mg endotoxin-free plasmid DNA.
The E.Z.N.A.® Endo-Free Plasmid Mega Kits provide an fast and efficient method for the large-scale isolation of endotoxin free plasmid DNA. Following lysis, endotoxins are removed from the cleared lysate with the addition of ETR Solution. Plasmid DNA is then further purified by adsorbing plasmid to the HiBind spin column. This kit include a Lysate Clearance Syringe to replace the time-consuming centrifugation to clear cell lysate after neutralization. Up to 2.5 mg of high quality plasmid DNA can be purified from 200-500 ml of overnight culture . Purified DNA is ready to be used in downstream applications such as, automated fluorescent DNA sequencing, restriction enzyme digestion, transfection of mammalian cells, cloning, and PCR amplification.
