The E.Z.N.A.® Fastfilter Plasmid Giga Kits uses an innovative method to provide a fast and efficient method for purifying up to 10 mg plasmid in less than 60 minutes. The binding chemistry does not use chaotropic salts and allows for lower elution volumes resulting in highly concentrated DNA that is ready for use in downstream applications such as restriction digest,transfection, transformation and sequencing.
